Q: Will the existing customer service quality change? There will be no change to the customer service quality at SchoolSpeak. This is a classic case of not breaking something which works very well. We highly value the support we offer schools and dioceses.
Q: Who should we contact with any sales related questions? For any sales related matters, please feel free to reach out to your current sales representative (or call at 877.773.2513 x1). We are happy to work with you to determine the best product/service to address any needs you may have and will do so with some of the most experienced individuals serving the independent K-12 school community. Our primary goal is to provide private schools with easy to use and intuitive tools to communicate with their school community, manage their grade books and report cards, and streamline/automate many of the processes required in the operation of their schools.

Q: Why did we decide to “Join Forces for Schools?”SchoolSpeak decided to join forces so we can offer our clients more software choices and solutions for managing their schools. In addition to continuing our stellar customer service, long-term, we see tremendous potential for improvements in innovative technology and new products to benefit private schools.
Q: Who owns the company now? SchoolSpeak, TADS, Diamond Mind and Senior Systems have been acquired by a holding company called MB Parent Holdings, LLC based in Knoxville, TN. The holding company formed a new division called Education Brands which will manage SchoolSpeak, Senior Systems, TADS, and Diamond Mind and any other future K-12 education-related companies.
The parent company has an extensive track record of integrating leading brands, accelerating product development and delivering excellence in customer service. Mike Barros, who is the former CEO of Diamond Mind and a longtime member of the K-12 private school community, leads the new division called Education Brands which will continue to market and sell under the SchoolSpeak, Senior Systems, TADS, and Diamond Mind brands.
Q: Do you have any plans to integrate your software solutions? Schools benefit greatly from tighter integrations so we will continue to explore areas of increased integration as a high priority to deliver a seamless customer experience for schools.
