On behalf of St. Michael Parish School, I am pleased to present our Strategic Plan. I would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to those dedicated School Board members, current parents and school administrators who spent the last 15 months developing a comprehensive plan for our school.

This Strategic Plan is a fluid document that will evolve as our goals are achieved. We hope this strategic plan will be a living document that will shape the course of our parish school for the next five years and beyond. This SMPS Plan is also aligned to the Strategic Plan for the Diocese of Joliet. Many of the Pillars in the SMPS Plan relate directly to the Diocesan goals for School Culture, Academic Excellence, Enrollment Management, and Financial Viability.

The Strategic Plan presented here gives us confidence that the priorities set forth will guide our school to future success in all identified areas. Our overall goal is to build on our 140 year tradition by creating an environment rooted in our Catholic Faith with a rigorous academic program.
