Please Begin Your 2025-2026 Admission Process Here (PreK 4 & Kindergarten - 8th Grade)

Thank you for applying to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School for the 2025-2026 school year.
  • New families are welcome to begin submitting applications on Monday, December 2, 2024. Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Admission is subject to space availability and the school’s admission policy.
  • New applicants will be notified within two days of receipt of their application regarding seat availability for the class they are applying to. Please note that this notification is not an acceptance .
  • Once a completed application has been submitted, along with academic records and the confidential teacher recommendation form from the applicant’s previous school, an assessment will be scheduled. 
Tuition & Fees for 2025-2026 will be available on January 7, 2025    
 
KINDERGARTEN - 8 NEW FAMILY (PRESCHOOL APPLICANTS Scroll to the bottom):
 
STEP 1:  Please complete the Online Application  (Only one parent from each family needs to complete these tasks.)
 
STEP 2:  Please complete the Tuition Payment Preference Form  (this form may be submitted on or after January 7, 2025)
 
STEP 3: New Families: Set up a FACTS Account for scheduling tuition payments unless you are paying in full.
  • If not paying tuition in full by May 1, you will need your FACTS payment plan number that starts with a "1" see below.

  • If paying in full there is no need for a FACTS Account.  
STEP 4: Please complete the Catholic Parish Affiliation Tuition Rate Form (if applicable)
 
STEP 5:  Please gather/complete and submit the following to the school office:
 
Required documents (can be scanned and emailed to ipesa@scswf.org):   
  • Submit a copy of Birth Certificate and Immunization Records 
  • Submit a copy of Baptismal Record and First
    Communion (if applicable)
The following forms should be printed out, completed and returned to ipesa@scswf.org:  
Documents that help move the process along faster (can be scanned and emailed to ipesa@scswf.org ) :
  • Recent Report Card and/or Progress Report
  • Copy of IEP and Assessments related to specific needs
All forms must be completed, submitted and the application fee paid to move to the next step which is an assessment scheduled.
